Sleep Inn & Suites Fort Campbell

Mrs Ruthie at the desk was such a delight, and the staff were all kind and helpful. The hotel’s set back from the main road, with peaceful, calming nature around it, and we loved the quiet location. Our room was decent, but the bathroom walls had pee on them, and a few pillows had stains that looked questionable. Aside from that, we had a fantastic stay.

The breakfast could use a few changes. The coffee holders and hot food pans are too small, so coffee, eggs, and sausage run out quickly and staff have to keep refilling them. There’s just one toaster, which leads to a long line and a crowded breakfast area. More toasters and larger holders and pans would make things run more smoothly and give Leticia more time with guests. I keep asking my company to book this hotel because it’s one of the best around. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and breakfast is fresh with hot coffee. Leticia, the General Manager, is a big part of why I feel at home here. She recognized me by name right when I came in, saying, “Hey Mr. Dante!” I’ve seen her serving breakfast, helping people check in, sorting out room problems, and keeping everything on track. She works harder than anyone I’ve seen, and she deserves recognition. The hotel is clean, friendly, and very well managed. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back next time we visit. The price was reasonable, and we found the rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a very good selection. We were visiting family stationed at Fort Campbell, and the location worked out well, close to restaurants and stores.

We paid $150 for a suite with two beds and a pull-out couch, but they gave us a room with only two beds. The pool and fitness center were also out of service for some odd reason.
