Country Inn Motel

I usually hate booking somewhere in an unfamiliar area, but I needed a place close to where I was going and the price was great. I asked to see the room before making the reservation and was wowed by how much better it was than expected. Highway noise barely came through because the rooms were well soundproofed. It had a full mini kitchen with a four-burner stove, full refrigerator, microwave, and dining table. Walmart is just three blocks away. The bed was very comfortable, and the desk worked well for me. The chair looked brand new and still had its tag on. I'll be back in the area several times a year and plan to stay here every time.

The managers are quick, professional, and kind, and customer satisfaction clearly comes first. The place is very classy, clean, and close to Walmart and fast food restaurants just down the road. Nearly all the rooms have a refrigerator and full kitchenette. If you need anything, let them know and they'll do their best to help. The room rates are among the lowest, and I'm very satisfied.

We’ve been trying to rent here for about a month. Each time we had the money ready, they gave us another reason to wait, first unfinished floors, then toilets, and eventually they stopped answering. We tried again this morning for a basic one bed room with no kitchen, but the man kept watching my dog in the car. The dog was only going to stay with a friend until we found a pet friendly place. There were hardly any cars in the lot, yet he said they were fully booked and wouldn’t say when a room might open up. We wanted somewhere for a few months near our jobs while we got back on our feet. Now we’re stuck paying twice as much somewhere else. I’m furious. These people are full of it, and I wouldn’t stay here.

My grandma lived here and passed away. When my mother went to clear out her room, the landlord demanded that she pay October’s rent and replace the mattress. There was no respect or sympathy for someone who had just lost her mother. The room also had a ton of dead cockroaches. I wish zero stars were an option. Save yourself the trouble and don’t give this place your business. They’re being reported to the Better Business Bureau.
