Country Inn of Shelby

I had an issue with my reservation when I arrived early, but the staff sorted it out right away and had a room ready in no time. The Manager and a very nice woman named Marin went above and beyond to take care of me. I extended my stay because of them. Thank you both. Room 103.

We were in town so I could take my daughter to a concert in Omaha, and stayed one night. The rate was very reasonable, especially with everything in Omaha SUPER overpriced during the college world series. The room was nice and clean, the front desk staff were polite and helpful, and it was very quiet. The AC worked well, and I have no complaints. Great experience, and I'd definitely come back.

The owners went out of their way to help when they were already full, rearranging things to get me a room because they cared about my safety. I had to stop in an emergency during a blizzard, and this was my only option. I'll always be grateful for the grace they showed me. Compared with sleeping in my car at the gas station across the street in a blizzard, it was a five-star hotel. If you're ever in a bind, they'll truly do what they can to keep you safe and warm.

The room was very clean, and the AC handled the hot weather great. We stayed two nights for a wedding in town and couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thanks! I'd come back if I'm in the area again.
