The staff and service were fantastic, no problems there. But the hotel is old, and I couldn't get rid of the musty smell in my room. I left the sliding glass door and window open, went to dinner, and it still stank when I got back.

The area isn't great and neither are the views, but the rooms are serviceable and breakfast is pretty good. The photo shows a bat at the edge of the property. Cleaning that spot may not be their responsibility, but it's definitely dirty.

The photos made this look like an ideal place, but once I arrived it was a letdown. The rooms are old and need repairs and renovation. The bathtub was clogged, and the toilet overflowed. At checkout, the front desk woman acted like she was reading a book so she wouldn't have to deal with me. Until they do major renovations, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

From our first day to the end of the stay, Makra made my family and me feel at home. She listened well and was attentive and intuitive. Maria also deserves recognition for getting back to me quickly when I had questions. Thanks to you both.

My stay was great, and I really appreciated the hospitality. The room was very clean, and breakfast in the morning was cooked well with everything there. Thanks for the good service.
