Chad Brewer really stood out during my stay. He was approachable and professional, answered all my questions, and gave me great suggestions for places to eat and local attractions. The rest of the staff were pleasant, professional, and helpful too. I was impressed by how clean the hotel was and by the amenities, and the organization is lucky to have someone like him working with guests.

The rooms are consistently modern, clean, and quiet, and the location makes it easy to get around. Having a Dunkin right next door is useful for a snack or coffee if you skip the free breakfast. I usually choose the western end of OC, but I stay here when there’s availability. I’m here for work fairly often, and from my first visit the staff have been friendly and engaging, always checking whether they could make a work stay better. You can see the good management in their attitude, and the manager’s hospitality seems to have carried over to the staff.

The weather wasn’t great for Memorial Day weekend, but the hotel service sure was. My family and I even got a limo ride downtown and back to the hotel. How cool is that? Five stars all day!

The front rooms have nice views, and the location is handy for the boardwalk and restaurants. Breakfast is included with the stay ❤️. I had a problem with my room, but staff moved me to another one very quickly.

Breakfast was good, but the rest of the stay was rough. The rooms were terrible, with lights that didn’t work and an AC unit that sounded like an 18-wheeler trying to stop. The pillows were awful. I was charged twice, and it took forever to get that fixed. The staff weren’t helpful, so thank goodness for the manager.
