The rooms are always clean, stocked, and welcoming, and the staff is warm and professional. My family has stayed at the Tradewinds motel for over 20 years and we've always loved it. Since Skip took over, things have gotten even better. He really goes out of his way for guests, and the rates are hard to beat when you're this close to the beach. Couldn't ask for a better stay.

Each time we come back, there's been some kind of improvement. The place is older, as other reviews mention, but Skipp works to keep it presentable. He's also the manager who goes out of his way to make the stay enjoyable. The rooms and grounds are clean, the location is fantastic, and the price is great for what you get. We're looking forward to another visit.

We made a last-minute choice to stay here, and I was a bit unsure after reading the reviews. The new management is making upgrades, though, and the manager and staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was exceptionally clean, and both the location and midsummer price were reasonable. We'll be back.

The bathroom was my main gripe because it's so small. Still, the older property is clean and well kept, and the GM was really friendly. The rooms are reasonably priced, it's only a couple of minutes on foot to the boardwalk, and there's a pool if ocean water isn't your thing. We chose it mainly because dogs are allowed, and I'd stay here again if I return to Ocean City.
