This place is racist, unprofessional, and unsupportive. They lied to us about the $159 refund deposit. They'd already confirmed the place was clean and told us face to face that our balance was zero, then claimed we had vandalized it and accused my girlfriend and everyone else. That wasn't even what staff originally told us. It's insane. Even if we had thrown up in the room, which we did not, they had no proof and told us it was a mistake. I don't know why they're acting like they aren't actively scamming people when that's clearly what happened. Plus, pretty much everything was broken when we walked in. The most unprofessional place ever. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

I came down for MDW and was really surprised by how kind all the employees were. When I needed things like an extra blanket, toilet paper, or towels, I could call downstairs and someone came right up with them. The room wasn't too bad either.

The man at the front desk is a RACIST. He looked at my Black friend and said, “you couldn’t even afford this hotel.” The rest of us are white, and he singled him out even though we paid for TWO rooms and two additional spots. Do NOT stay here, especially if you’re not white!!

They ask for a $200 security deposit and say it will be returned in 7 to 10 days. It's been two months and I still haven't received mine. Management says it's been returned and there's nothing they can do. I strongly advise against staying here unless you want to be scammed. Absolutely terrible.
