I’ve stayed here several times and love the building and its fantastic views. It’s far enough from the boardwalk and south OC noise, but there’s still plenty within walking distance, and you can get quickly to other places, including the DE beaches and shopping. Parking is under the building with an elevator right there. The trash chute is surprisingly handy. I haven’t used the pool, but it looks well maintained, and the poolside tropical planters are kept looking nice. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is the no-pet policy. I haven’t been able to take a longer family vacation here because of it.

I love the building, the location, the views, and the pool, but Unit 30 needs better upkeep. A storm door left on the deck cut my arm, and the storm awning poles take up space so you can’t really use the deck fully. The couch and two chairs looked like Salvation Army rejects, and the pillows need replacing. I’d look at renting a different unit.

I first rented a unit here in 1995, and since then the condos have had many interior remodels while the ocean view skyline has stayed unblemished. It’s a real hidden gem for an Ocean City vacation. Every unit has an ocean-view balcony, there’s a secure pool just for renters, and the beach is only feet away.

I own a place at Surfside, so I’m not completely unbiased. Still, it’s a mid-island oceanfront condo, and I think it’s one of the best spots in Ocean City. Great places, too!

The beach isn’t too busy, and the views are spectacular. Everything is conveniently close, making it a great place for family, friends, and fun. I’m buying a unit here!
