Tammy and the Gang were awesome. The beach is a short walk away, and we thought it was the best hotel we'd stayed at in Ocean Shores, with the best location on the Beach. Our spacious room was super clean, and we had four people and two dogs on the ground floor. The hotel is dog friendly, with a pool, hot tub, sauna, and an amazing tower to check out. Breakfast was included, with an amazing selection at the bar. They even greeted us with homemade cookies. Can't wait to come back.

We had a quiet first-floor pet room for our dog, Chester, and could take him out through the slider. The potty areas were great and clean, with poop bags provided. The room was dated but very clean, and the free breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel. The staff were wonderful. We'll definitely stay again.

The full breakfast was delicious, especially the biscuits and gravy, and the staff were friendly and great. The area and weather were amazing. We didn't use the pool or hot tub because they were pretty occupied. For the price, the room was amazing. It was spacious, very clean, and seemed fairly updated. We had a working fireplace that kept us warm, a kitchen where we made hot chocolate and coffee in the morning, and a grassy yard for our dog. From the first-floor rear room we had clear views of the beach and dunes, plus sunset and sunrise. The couch and bed could use an update for comfort, though; both were pretty uncomfortable.

The manager was attentive when I raised the problems and gave me a refund. Still, we won't stay again. The place was run down, with caution tape on the stairs, a broken door handle, and dirty carpet. The pool was closed for CDC compliance. A strip leading into the bedroom was missing, leaving rusty nails under the carpet, and I stepped on one. The toilet handle was broken too.
