We stayed in the Dune Buggy condo before and the cigarette smoke smell hit us as soon as we opened the door. We called the rental company right away, and they didn’t care. We were shocked, especially since we’d stayed in another condo in the building on a previous trip and it was amazing. I later booked there again without realizing it was the same smoky unit until the confirmation email came. I noticed immediately, but they wouldn’t refund me. She told me off and hung up. Very unprofessional. She said I could stay in the rental, seriously? The smell made me nauseated. They kept all my money and were rude.

Casey, the maintenance guy, was friendly, helpful, and informative. The beds were comfortable and had nice bedding. Condo 101 had a large kitchen with plenty of counter space and good equipment and utensils. The floor plan was excellent, and the decor was tasteful and well done. A few things could be better: the seating around the TV was small and couldn’t fit six people. Removing the dining table from that area might give people more room to lounge and hang out.

The condo felt like home, and we could cook there and enjoy family time. Our kids loved looking at the lighting fixtures, and the location was beautiful. The beach was nearby, as was food. I’d recommend this area to everyone, especially families. It deserves more than five stars, though you can’t give more.

We felt right at home here and I’d return without hesitation. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of soap, shampoo, and towels. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the welcome note and snack basket were a nice touch. The TV offered excellent channels and YouTube for watching at night. A great place for three travelers in every way.

We had a peaceful stay in a very new condo during the Razor Clam Festival, apparently finished in 2024. There was still some construction happening in the background, so keep that in mind. The road connecting to the driveway is quite narrow, and the entrance to the area feels a bit like you’re driving into a parking lot, which isn’t ideal. I’d also suggest that service staff call ahead or notify guests before coming onto the property for maintenance. It was a shock to find a stranger at the back door without any warning.
