The location is the only thing this place has going for it. I didn't expect Ritz-Carlton for $65 a night, but this place is a dump. I honestly don't think anyone cleaned my room after the last guest. The bedding was dirty, there was pee on the toilet seat, and the walls and ceiling had damage with sloppy repairs all over. The shower leaked across the bathroom and into the main room. There wasn't anyone on duty when I went to the front desk for more towels. In the morning I found a roach in the filthy ice bucket. I have a phobia of germs and things being unclean, so this was a really bad time.

Booked a last-minute room for a quick Valentine's Day weekend away with my husband. Holy crap, I've never refused a room before, but there was no way I was staying in that filth. I'll fight the charges all the way. Pictures attached as proof.

I might stay again, but it's the kind of place where you need to know what to expect, and maybe not all rooms are the same. It's a low-cost room in a nice area, and I'm glad that's available, though it needs work. My room faced the freeway and was right next to it, so it sounded like I was staying at a race track.

The building feels a little run down, but the bugs were what made this stay too much for us. We found a spider in the restroom and a roach on the nightstand, which I killed quickly. We've got one more day here, God help us. I don't think I'll stay again, and for now we'll be sleeping with the lights on.

You can hear the highway very clearly from every room, so that could be a problem if you're a light sleeper. The room was clean but not well maintained. This is definitely a “you get what you pay for” hotel. I just needed somewhere to sleep and shower, and it did that.
