I won't stay here again. The whole hotel smelled nasty, there was hair all over the bed, and the bed looked like it had been used recently. I'm pretty sure one of the towels hadn't been washed after the previous guest.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. I got the best sleep I've had in a hotel in a long time. I arrived pretty late, but the front desk attendant was pleasant and professional. On the second floor, the hall was clean, and with no carpet it was easy to roll my luggage to the room at the end. Claudia was friendly and professional at checkout. I'll definitely stay again. Five stars for the staff.

The staff were nice, but the stay was awful. I barely slept, worried a roach would crawl into my hair or face. I told the gentleman at the front desk, but he avoided the issue and changed the subject. It seemed like they knew there was a roach problem. We paid $185 a night expecting something luxurious, and it was far from that. There was a small bug on a pillow that the kids killed, and a few rooms away at my friend's room, they killed two small roaches. We kept seeing baby roaches after that. There was mold all around the shower, and the place clearly needs a lot of work. We tried to check out and get a refund 15 minutes after checking in, but they refused. We took the kids to the pool, but the water wasn't heated, the garbage bins were right beside it, and the smell was so bad I wanted to vomit. We couldn't stay longer than 15 minutes. The pool gates were open, which didn't feel safe for children playing there or for anyone else.

I was there for weeks, almost the entire month of August and part of September, and it was a very bad experience. The rooms were nasty and unsanitized, with dirt swept under the beds, roaches, and mold. Bathrooms had constant problems, from a leaking tub to a stopped-up toilet. The blow dryer and exhaust fan didn't work, towels were very hard to get, and coffee was rarely available. There was no breakfast. I also had to ask the manager for accommodation away from construction noise, but he wouldn't help. On the third floor, workers seemed to have full access, and there was a lot of noise and what felt like intentional harassment when I asked for it to be lowered to a tolerable level. The noise was ridiculous. I documented complaints with photos. The property manager, Carlos, was disrespectful and rude, and that attitude showed throughout the place. Front desk staff had awful attitudes and very poor customer service. Staff were in my room when there was no reason for them to be, even after normal laundry and housekeeping hours. When I approached one person, they acted as if they didn't speak English and started speaking another language, which I found rude and frustrating. I had a $100 bill stolen during the stay. When I asked for my cash deposit back, which signs at the desk said was their policy, the manager told me I hadn't made a deposit and demanded I prove he had it. The facility felt insecure and poorly maintained. Side and rear entrances were supposed to be locked unless you had a room key, but they were unlocked and accessible at all hours. Room entry devices were outdated, wiring was outside its cover, and the A/C filters in every room I was in looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. If you want to keep your valuables, take them with you even if there's a safe, if it's working properly. There were some decent staff who treated guests kindly, and I appreciate them, but that was extremely rare. They use pictures taken almost two years ago to advertise the place. It may be affordable, but I'd strongly recommend spending what you can on the next best option. VERY DISSATISFIED. STRONGLY RECOMMEND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY.
