The breakfast is cooked when you order, and the staff have been so welcoming. This was our second stay, and we’ve made this our go-to hotel when we visit. Both times, our room and the pool were clean. There’s plenty to do in Oconomowoc and nearby, and I think this place is a great value.

The room was clean, everything worked, and the location and staff were great. My one suggestion is to bring your own soap and lotion. They provide shared shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. I like the idea of cutting waste and helping the environment, even if it saves the hotel a few cents, but I’m not comfortable with even a small chance that something else has gotten into the products my family uses. The lotion is all natural, though.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The mattresses were great too. The only real drawbacks were the noisy air conditioner and shower pressure that was a bit low. Otherwise, it was great.

Having the water bottles waiting in our room was a nice touch. We didn’t have to go downstairs to get them. Thank you.

The staff were friendly, and everything was very clean. I thought the hotel was fantastic and would definitely stay again when I’m in the area.
