The staff were friendly, and having a bar and restaurant on site was convenient. I also liked the big outdoor pool and the fitness center looked decent. The location worked well for me, with plenty of places to eat and gas stations nearby, and it was less hectic than the hotels in Midland. My TV and the internet were out for my whole stay, though, and I wasn't happy that breakfast cost extra and wasn't available to order before 6 AM. I'd still stay here again.

What made us want to come back was the staff, from the man at the front desk to the woman at the breakfast bar, everyone was lovely. The room, shower, and bathroom were all really clean, which we appreciated after a long day. We'll stay here again on our next visit.

I was disappointed by how the hotel handled a missing personal item. The front desk said they'd call back in a few minutes, but it took three hours. They said the item wasn't in the room and that housekeeping would check the laundry, then I never heard back. When I called again for more information, the person at the desk hung up on me. I doubt they really checked, and I suspect someone there took it. On top of that, nobody disclosed the parking fee, I only learned about it from a charge on my card. They weren't helpful. I would not stay here.

They listened to what I needed and gave me a room near the elevator, away from the busy exterior doors. It was extremely quiet. The room was clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of parking with dining nearby. Breakfast isn't included, unfortunately. The views are nothing special, but that's Odessa. I'd stay again if I'm back in the area.

Paige at the front desk was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. The room was quiet and clean, too. Thanks to the team.
