Home2 Suites by Hilton Odessa

Andrea called before my husband was even halfway home because he'd accidentally left some clothes behind. They took the time to let him know and helped me arrange shipping. Everything was returned. That says a lot about how honest the staff are, both in housekeeping and in the office. Great customer service, and we highly recommend this location. Thanks again!

My husband stays here for work, and my son and I visit. The hotel is very clean and spacious, and everyone had always been nice. This morning, though, the usual breakfast woman, who keeps the food hot and fresh and talks to us each day, was being yelled at by an older woman. I don't know what it was about, but calling an employee out in front of guests seemed very unprofessional. It should have been handled privately. The regular front desk woman is always nice, but the one working this morning was loud, rude, and very unprofessional. My husband will ask his company to stay somewhere else from now on.

We've stayed here several times, just us and with large groups. The rooms are enormous and very clean, and the whole building has a fresh, clean smell. The facility is immaculate, and the staff are easy to talk to and go out of their way to help guests. Breakfast is 100, and there are multiple restaurants nearby. If you're staying in Odessa, this is a great place.

The location worked well for my needs, and my room was clean and comfortable. Service was fine, though not especially good: some staff paid attention, while others seemed less engaged.
