Arianna was wonderful helping us arrange our son’s birthday party at the pool and splash pad. She communicated well and was helpful with setup. Everything went smoothly on the day, and she was available throughout. Highly recommend!

Hotel 1620 is in a fantastic spot at Plymouth Harbor, with an easy walk to everything. The rooms seem to have been refurbished and are comfortable and appealing, and the hotel is clean and nicely set up with great amenities. The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. It’s a gem, and I keep coming back.

Our veterans group brought 120 people here for a conference, and the ballroom staff were awesome. Warren & Krissy in the sales and catering office were easy to work with and accommodating. It’s newly updated, has a great location, and worked well for our conference. Looking forward to coming back next year.

We spent a weekend at Hotel 1620 and were quite happy with it. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, along with the usual Plymouth sightseeing spots. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were pleasant, helpful, and present. We were there for a fairly large birthday party, and as far as I could tell, everything went well. It was a nice stay, and we’d definitely come back.

We held our baby shower at Hotel 1620, and Erin and Rick did a great job. The function room was clean and set up just right, and everything ran smoothly. The food was good and there was plenty of choice.
