The location was good, and the hotel seemed clean and cared for. The room’s USB chargers didn’t work. When I mentioned it, the desk employee said she was new and could try to get someone to check in the morning. We made do by sharing one charging block among six people. The two extra pillows for the pullout bed smelled like mildew or sourness. I brought them down, and the employee agreed they were disgusting and said she’d send replacements up, but none arrived. We were worn out after a 15-hour drive and didn’t push it. Still, for two nights at that price, I expected better service from a Hilton hotel. The listing also mentioned a hot tub in a spa, but there wasn’t a spa.

The pool is decent for kids, and having a full-size fridge, microwave, and a separate living room makes the suite feel less like a hotel. Breakfast is another plus, served from 6 to 9 on weekdays and 6 to 10 on weekends for anyone wanting to sleep in. The Ramada is $30 a night cheaper, and Comfort Inn costs a bit less too, but these extras made the additional cost worthwhile. Highly recommend.

Digital check-in let me skip the front desk and spend more time with my family. I loved the beds and slept through the night. The people at the front desk made the place feel like a home away from home. I’d recommend it to friends and family.

I travel constantly for work and have stayed at plenty of Home2Suites. This one looks similar at first, but the more I noticed, the worse it got. The beds, sofa, and carpet were all dirty, and a bad smell in the lobby and elevators never went away. Around 9 p.m. I went down for snacks and found two front desk employees with very red eyes. It took them at least ten minutes to ring up a simple purchase. Housekeeping was another problem. During the week I stayed, no one came when I asked the front desk midweek to clean the room before 11 a.m., even though they said they would. Then on checkout day, despite the do not disturb sign being clearly on my door, staff knocked starting at 9 a.m. Around 10:30, a housekeeper came straight into the room and ignored the sign. It felt like the hotel had big problems and just let things go. I’d skip it and stay elsewhere.
