It was nice being near places to eat that I could walk to after a long day, and the location is good. But during my five nights there, I had to ask specifically for housekeeping. I’d assumed they’d come every other day or so, but they didn’t. The Wi-Fi was bad too. Maybe it was because I was on the fourth floor, but it made working harder. I usually stick to Marriott hotels, but I’ll find another one in this area next time.

We were here for over 40 days after a water pipe broke at our house. The room was comfortable and very clean, and the cleaning ladies were lovely. Breakfast from the buffet was filling, and the cook was very helpful. Eric at the front desk made us feel welcome. We had a great experience.

The location was great, but I don’t think I’d stay again. My room felt dusty, and my allergies started getting worse. Something was loose in the AC, maybe a screw, and it rattled enough to disturb my sleep, so I just turned it off.

I’ve stayed here at least four times a year for the past four years, but room 219 on the second floor is terrible. The kitchenette sink area was visibly unclean when I walked in, so I cleaned it myself. In the bathroom, the floor around the toilet and the shower floor were dirty, as were the bathroom door and the shelves where the towels and hair dryer are kept. There was hair that wasn’t mine on the metal handicap rail inside the shower. The ironing board pad was filthy too.

The location is great, but don’t assume your vehicle will be safe here. There’s poor lighting outside and no cameras. Someone tried to cut the locks off my service truck twice. I called the front desk about it and was told, “Sorry, not our problem.” Our guys will stay somewhere else.
