Our bed was dirty, and when my husband asked for more towels and washcloths, he was told they had already been brought up. We clearly had none. They said to call down if there still weren't any when he checked again, but the phone didn't work, and neither did some outlets. The door to room 110 just swings open. My dad had to stay on another floor from us for handicap accessibility, and after we went to the desk numerous times, they said the battery in his card reader was probably dead. None of our keys worked, even after they were reprogrammed NUMEROUS times. We were also charged a second time on arrival, despite paying when we booked a month earlier. I'm so frustrated that my cousins wedding weekend left everyone upset. I've used Wyn Resorts for a while and apparently expected too much from some of them. I'm seriously worried I'll have to find another hotel chain. I hope this spares someone a headache. Our group should have chosen the cornerstone a block away, where a huge part of the group stayed and had 0 complaints.

The room had two double beds and did what I needed. Compared with my stay here several years ago, this visit was noticeably better. The medium-to-firm bed was much more comfortable than the overly firm mattress I remember, and I rested well. The bathroom was clean but quite small and cramped. The shower had plenty of hot water, though its pressure was weaker than I expected. Those bathroom size and pressure issues could still be improved, but the stay was more comfortable than last time, so there's been progress. I'd consider returning.

The rooms are clean, and the staff are nice and very helpful. I've stayed here before and it was good, but now the cable is horrible. They really cheaped out on it. You literally get about 30 channels.

There are dead bugs on the windowsill and a live spider in the shower. The bed cover had gross spots and clearly hadn't been washed. The place isn't handicap accessible, and there's no elevator to the second floor. I wouldn't recommend it, though it's the only nearby hotel that will except pets.

The staff are extremely friendly and the rooms are very clean. This was my second stay, and I had a wonderful time. I'll keep staying at this Motel.
