Studio East Motel

We loved being able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, and the motel was very well kept. We stayed four nights in a clean, comfortable room with a small kitchenette and a balcony overlooking Main Street. The saltwater pool at the back is a lovely spot for lunch and a swim, tucked away from traffic among mature trees. We did hear quite a bit of street traffic, and the large dog in the room above us wandered around all night and was a nuisance. We didn't hear noise from other rooms. There isn't anywhere to lock bikes outside, and guests are asked to keep them on their vehicle, so keep that in mind if you're bringing bicycles. Nothing fancy, but it was well run and great value.

Jennifer was a superb communicator and helped us put together a great stay. Our family of four adults and three children were comfortable, and the rooms were clean. The kitchenette was a big plus. The motel sits right in the middle of beautiful Ogunquit, within walking distance of everything. On our short visit we didn't need the car at all, so we could skip the search for parking.

The room was so clean that my wife was impressed, and the motel staff were friendly and professional. We only stayed one night during our trip, but the location was excellent. We walked all the way to Perkins Cove and back without a problem. When we return to Ogunquit, this is where we'll stay.

Our room was spotless when we arrived, and the little kitchenette came in handy. We asked not to have it cleaned during our stay, and the price was reasonable. The staff were very friendly, and the location worked perfectly for us. Everything is within walking distance, so there was no need to look for parking. They'd just built a lovely little saltwater pool at the back. Nothing fancy, but it had what we needed.
