Downtown OKC looks so beautiful at Christmas, and you can enjoy it right from the window. My husband and I love staying here, especially that time of year. They provide bathrobes and shampoo and conditioner in the shower. The TV is big, and the bed is really comfortable.

The Ambassador Hotel Oklahoma City, Autograph Collection has been our go-to for years. We stayed several times while our daughter was in medical school, and on this latest trip it was a gem again. The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, and the attentive staff are eager to please. They’re especially thoughtful and caring with our golden doodle. This time they gave us small packs of premium dog treats from Neoteric Brands each day, and our dog absolutely loved them. Thanks for everything!

After a bad first night in a noisy room on the sixth floor under the bar, I told the front desk how loud it was. I was told there was nothing they could do, and that next time I should request a room away from the sixth floor. The next morning, after another poor night’s sleep, I opened my door to find a leak and falling drywall. When I reported it, the desk person said they’d already seen it and would get it fixed. If they knew about it, why hadn’t they cleaned it up? Very disappointing stay.

I’ve stayed here three times in the past few months because it’s close to family, and I’ve liked the interior and the people. My one complaint is the TV remote and the limited TV setup. It was basically antenna channels, with no satellite or movie options. The rooms aren’t cheap, so the TV service feels cheap too. Surely I’m not the only one who thinks that should be fixed. Aside from that, it’s a great place to stay.
