The staff made the stay easy. They were welcoming, picked up the phone right away, and were quick to help. The woman at the front desk was especially kind and smiley at check-in. Breakfast came with the room and had a good range of choices, parking was simple, and the location worked well. My room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and well organized, with a cozy bed. Good value for the price, and I’d stay again.

I spent a week here, and housekeeping was nearly nonexistent. I once returned to pick up a device I’d forgotten and saw staff make the bed with the same blankets I’d used, without replacing them. The breakfast was bland, and the area felt uncomfortable and unsafe, with lots of people wandering around. My room was hot and humid when I arrived, smelled strange, and had hair under the blankets that clearly wasn’t mine. The pillows were yellow too. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
We came as a family for one night on 12/19/25. When the staff checked room 120, we found a bed bug on top of one of the queen beds as the sheets were being pulled back. I’m glad I spotted it before we got into the bed. Please check beds when you stay at any hotel. The staff refunded us, and I appreciate that, but I won’t stay here again and can’t recommend it.
The room was perfect, and I’m already coming back for a third stay. Renee at the desk was especially kind, always smiling, and went out of her way to help when I had heartburn.
I booked on March 20 and only got my money back yesterday, after following up repeatedly. I’d booked late at night the month before and was charged for the room plus a $50 deposit. About a week later, the full charges were still pending, so I called. They said the deposit should have been released and promised a callback, but no one ever contacted me. When I called again about a week after that, I got the runaround. My financial institution said it needed the payment finalized before it could look into the problem. Corporate was great when I contacted them. The hotel’s final bill didn’t show the full room charge together with the $50 deposit, which seemed odd. Corporate sent me a finalized bill, and my financial institution used it to return my deposits. The hotel emailed, “We wouldn’t never take your money.” Emily, that was unprofessional, and you did keep my money. You only emailed after I first posted a review. The first photo shows the original charge, and the second shows what happened after I sent proof that the hotel’s stated $117 charge didn’t match what had actually been taken. So yes, someone took my money. Nobody knew what was going on, and nobody tried to call me back.
