The breakfast buffet had lots of sweet and savory options, and the chef clearly knows what they're doing. There were also snacks in the lobby, and the halls stayed quiet. Getting to the elevator was easy. The room was a little dated, and a few more hooks and towel bars in bathroom 203 would've helped. Still, my partner and I had a really enjoyable visit. The staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond. I'll remember that, and we'll stay here again next time we're in town. Also, I'm coveting those fantastic lobby chairs. What a style!

The public rooms looked elegant, the staff were very nice, and the fitness room had enough equipment. Our room had a sturdy computer table and a proper chair, a modern touch that worked well for a laptop. I didn't need cushy chairs or a regular table. There was a deep drawer on the TV counter, enough for my clothes, plus one outlet and USB port between the beds and another USB port on the counter. The coffee maker was nice, with both tea and coffee, and the bathroom was very nice. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the duvet without a bedspread, since hotels often don't wash bedspreads very often. Lighting was poor at night, with just one lamp between the two double beds, a floor lamp in the corner, and a ceiling light by the entrance. During the day, the glass outside wall and curtain let in plenty of light. The closet only had four hangers, not enough, though I liked that they could be removed. There was a wine cooler instead of a refrigerator. It was empty, but snacks and bottled drinks were available in the lobby to chill. I was disappointed there was no microwave in the room. There's one in the lobby for heating the packaged sandwiches they sell there. I stayed three nights in January. The room cost $405, with another $199 in fees and taxes that I found surprising. I'm not sure what the fees covered. The hotel is in a quiet area, 12 miles from OKC airport. Bellini's Ristorante & Grill is nearby, while other restaurants are more than a mile away.

Jackie G was amazing in the restaurant and bar, so friendly and attentive. Deavontay was great too, always smiling and making sure we had what we needed. We had a relaxing, pleasant weekend and will be back. Thanks to you both!

For a property with the Renaissance name, I expected better. After the first night, my key stopped working and I had to make an unnecessary trip to the front desk to get it fixed. Later, I returned to find that the housekeeping visit they'd specifically confirmed hadn't happened at all. Those problems together made the stay feel disorganized and careless. Guests should be able to count on basic systems working and confirmed service being delivered. The experience fell below what I'd expect from a Renaissance property. Management needs to tighten up operations and get back to the basics of hospitality.
