The rooms were nice, with two queen beds, an icebox, and a microwave. My room had only a shower, but the bathroom also had a tub for soaking. Cable TV was mounted in a good spot to watch while lying down. There was an ice machine and a vending machine, and they were always open. The inn was convenient, with a Jack in The box right by the entrance, a shell convenience store across the street, and a Domino's pizza next to the store. I found customer service lacking. A couple of the caretakers were quite rude and didn’t seem to understand that a business depends on its customers. Still, it was a nice place to stay overall.

The gentleman at check-in was outstanding. He made us feel welcome and put me at ease after another hotel had treated us very unprofessionally and wouldn’t work with two preachers who’d been in meetings all day in the Oklahoma summer heat. His professionalism was untouchable, and he deserves recognition.

They turned off the power to our room while everything else in the hotel stayed on, and there were roaches too. Housekeeping was a mess. I was told to just not answer or say we didn’t need service if we didn’t want it, which is what I tried. They kept knocking anyway. The woman was rude for no reason and forced her way in even after I handed her the trash and dirty towels. She made a huge deal out of the room, when it really wasn’t that bad.

The A/C worked, which was the one good thing. The place was dirty and smelled of cigarettes and weed, and the photos don’t show how bad it is. The room didn’t even have a flat screen, just a huge tube TV. I didn’t feel safe leaving my car outside, and everything was so nasty I didn’t even want to sleep in the bed.
