The people outside were scary, knocking on the door all night asking for money and cigarettes. Inside, the beds had cigarette burns, the blanket felt like curtain material and slid off all night, and the two pillows were like SIM cards. There was no bathtub stopper, so I couldn’t bathe my two-year-old, who doesn’t like showers. The woman at the front desk was rude for no reason. I booked through a third party to save money after she quoted $85 for this bad hotel, and found it online for $38. They claimed they hadn’t received the reservation. Even after Booking.com called to confirm, she kept arguing and hung up, then told me to pay them in cash. Very weird. The listing says free breakfast, but they told me they haven’t served breakfast in a while, so they need to take that down. I had to pay again for the room. This place needs to close down.

We left as soon as we saw the room and tried to cancel, but the hotel wouldn't refund us. The area felt sketchy, and traffic right beside the property was unbelievably loud. We had booked a king, yet got a full bed. The room was in rough shape, with peeling paint and a mattress stiff as a board. The site also promised free breakfast, but there wasn't any. When we raised the mismatch and asked to cancel, the receptionist was incredibly rude. Save your money.
I left because the place was so unclean. There were roaches in the first room, and after I switched, I found spiders and webs in the new one. Dirt had built up on the walls, and the tub had marks all over it, like it hadn't been cleaned. I told the receptionist downstairs, but he said nothing could be done and there were no cleaners. When I returned to ask the female receptionist about a refund, her attitude was horrible. Another young woman behind us was also complaining about pests and cleanliness. Disgusting, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
I was disappointed by the room and the service. There was hair all over the bed, and the toilet wouldn't flush properly, which was a real inconvenience. The woman at the front desk was rude and unfriendly. It wasn't a pleasant stay.
I was really displeased. I've never stayed in a hotel without a fridge, microwave, iron, and ironing board, and no one even asked whether I needed those things. I also wasn't sure the door was secure because I could see outside underneath it. This is only somewhere I'd recommend if you need a little rest, not a proper stay.
