Quality Inn Southwest

Our church group won't stay here again or recommend it. The sheets were stained and filthy, and the rooms smelled bad and were either too hot or too cold. When we tried to leave, the front desk staff didn't want to refund us. After they finally agreed, they made us clean out a room for women who hadn't returned yet. They were rude about us leaving and raised their voices at our group leader. Altogether, a terrible experience.

The room seemed small but clean at first. Before checking out, I pulled off the sheets and pillowcases as I always do, and a cracked glass pipe and a small bag fell out. My husband is a reserve police officer, and we both work at a maximum security prison. This was unacceptable. When we spoke to the manager, he argued and tried to pass the blame. I'll never stay here again.

This is my favorite motel in Oklahoma, WI, and honestly, my favorite of any hotel I've visited. The rooms and service are high quality, and the customer service has been consistently good. The front desk staff are welcoming and friendly. I always leave feeling refreshed.

Kelly and her staff were incredibly professional, courteous, and helpful. Two news crew members from Milwaukee stayed here while covering the tornado in Moore, and things were chaotic at the time. The hotel staff couldn't have been more accommodating.
