The WiFi was awful, with slow speeds and constant disconnects, so that’s what kept this from getting five stars. Otherwise, my first trip here was great: the staff were friendly, and the hotel was quiet and clean. The room and suite kitchen were nice, clean, and comfortable. Free breakfast was pretty good, and the laundry and gym area were useful. I just wish the pool hadn’t been closed for maintenance the whole time.

I’ve been staying at SB OKC around four times a year for the past three years. The rooms are consistently clean and stocked, the employees are polite and capable, and the amenities have always worked. I enjoy the continental breakfast, and I’m glad I can bring my pets along.
2/10
Our group has had a hard time booking the conference rooms because another group often has one reserved. The manager has told staff to allow only one conference room at a time for study groups, even though three are available. Students shouldn’t be blocked from using another room when it’s free. If you’re a student booking with a group, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Home2 Suites or Kim’s Place may be a better experience.

I spent three months at the Staybridge suites at Oklahoma City airport, and Bethann was the heart and soul of the place. She was accommodating throughout and regularly went above and beyond. The rooms stayed clean and tidy and were very comfortable for an extended stay. Breakfast and social hour were on time, with fresh, delicious food. I can’t say enough good things about Bethann.
10/10
The staff really made this stay. They quickly sorted out an AC problem in our room, then kindly helped us look for a wallet we’d lost and let us come back to search. We were also close enough to Bricktown to walk, and breakfast had plenty of choices with hot food. The pool was clean and had towels available. One elevator went out, but it was fixed in under 12 hours. Great location and people. I’d happily recommend the place.
