I’ve traveled around the world and stayed in hotels across many states and countries, but the care I received here was better than I’ve had before. From the management team to housekeeping, everyone looked after me during my stay in Oklahoma City. Truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Thanks to the whole crew and management for everything.

The best thing about these hotels is their location near the hospitals, which is why we came. But I barely slept at either one. We stayed two days at the Hilton next door, the Hampton, and its beds were awful too, though the breakfast and staff there were incredible. This room looked nice at first, but several things were in poor shape: burned-out bulbs, a chair falling apart, and damage around the door and doorway that looked like someone had broken in. I’m adding photos showing the area by the elevators through a hole, and even the black sign on the wall from inside the closed door. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, and breakfast was so subpar we had to order DoorDash. The pool was okay.

My fiancé and I keep coming back whenever we visit his brother in OK. The place is cozy as heck, with roomy suites and comfy beds. There’s also a nice little pool for the kids.

Alexis was the best part of an already wonderful stay. I dropped a bottle of wine during check-in and it shattered everywhere. I kept apologizing and offered to help, but she was so kind about the mess and cleaned it up quickly. The hotel and room were super clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Absolutely wonderful service. Thank you, Alexis!
