Home2 Suites by Hilton Oklahoma City NW Expressway

I’m local, so I never had a reason to stay at these two Hilton hotels when they first opened a couple of years ago. I’ve now tried both Home2 Suites and Tru, and found a welcoming team, reasonable prices, good fitness rooms, an outdoor pool, laundry facilities, and plenty of hot breakfast choices. They’re centrally located in OKC. Hope you enjoy your stay! 👌

The hotel was really quiet, the location was great, and breakfast was good every morning. Our room was great too. Just keep in mind that the two beds are doubles, not queens. That was fine for us since we expected it and booked a room with two beds plus a sofa bed. If you’re a family of four and need the extra space, that setup is a good option. Lamond at the front desk was amazing. He greeted us right away with a big smile and got us checked in smoothly.

We stayed here for a week while my sister recovered from surgery. The large room gave Daddy plenty of space to get around in his wheelchair, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean, and breakfast was great. The hotel is close to a major highway, lots of stores, and both fast food and sit-down restaurants. We had a great experience.

The floor lamp beside the bed had a burnt-out bulb, and the front desk clerk was dismissive. She didn’t offer us another room or give a sincere apology. We also found the carpet wet throughout the room. When I called, she said all the rooms’ carpets had been cleaned and that other guests had complained about the wet floors too. There was no ice bucket. I asked the clerk three times for one, and she gave me two plastic bags instead. I’ll never stay at this location again.
