Breakfast was messy on all three mornings. Tables were left dirty, food and cups ran out, and I had to ask the front desk to wipe things down and refill items because the breakfast attendant was nowhere around. The coffee Joseph said was available in the lobby 24/7 was ice cold both times I tried it outside breakfast hours. There were plenty of room issues as well: a loose shower handle that felt unsafe, a bathroom light that didn't work, a loose toilet seat, and stains on the shower wall and floor. Amy quickly offered to have the handle fixed the next morning or move me. We were already settled, so I chose the repair, but it was never done during our three-night stay. I sent follow-up texts that got no response and also spoke to Joseph. My key and digital key both failed Saturday and Sunday nights when I returned late. Joseph showed no concern or apology, and only handed me the general manager's card. Housekeeping came on day two but took the hanging towels without replacing them, and didn't refill the empty tissue or provide more makeup remover wipes. On Monday, the front desk manager Hayden called about my concerns. When we spoke at the desk, she showed little customer service skill, defended the problems, and eventually said, “I credited you for 2 nights, what else do you want.” She said it had been a busy weekend with no managers on duty, and that Joseph was only night audit, not a regular desk employee. Those internal issues don't excuse such a poor stay.

Haiden and Madison were the nicest people I've met so far, and the rest of the staff were helpful and friendly too. The rooms were clean, nice, and drama free. There’s also a complimentary breakfast, indoor pool, and indoor gym. Hands down the best hotel I've stayed at across the country. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Five stars! I highly recommend staying here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a quiet stay with a huge, comfortable king bed. The breakfast selection was plentiful, with everything hot or fresh, and there was lots to see and do in the area, just 15 minutes from OKC. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff went above and beyond to help with every request. Superb service. A great place.

I spent a lot of time looking for somewhere clean and safe, and this place lived up to what people had said. The staff were nice, too. I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you!
