I was worn out after driving from Iowa while moving across the country, and Mia was so helpful when I called with questions about finding the hotel off the highway. At check-in my key didn’t work, but she quickly moved me to another room and offered to come up if I needed anything. The room was spotless and lovely, and I slept well without hearing the highway or other guests. Stefani was also very sweet in the morning and printed directions for the next part of my trip to Scottsdale Azizona. Breakfast was delicious, too. I used to work at a Marriott property, so I was surprised to see negative comments about the front desk. The kids playing with all the coffee stirrers while their dad smiled nearby reminded me of how stressful a lack of supervision could be when I worked at the Courtyard. I probably won’t be back in OC, but if I am, I’ll stay here again. You have an awesome basketball team! Garrett O, I know managing a large hotel takes a lot, and you’re doing a great job. The suite was roomy and the location was great, but I’m upset about losing the money for the room my brother never used. We came to OKC for a quinceanera and booked two rooms through booking.com. I paid for the second one, but because I put it in my brother’s name, the young man at the desk wouldn’t give me its key. At 10 pm I mentioned that my brother was having car trouble and might not make it. Nothing was changed in the system, and when he arrived the next morning, his reservation had been canceled as a no-show. I contacted booking.com and they emailed the hotel. I spoke with three people, but it still wasn’t resolved. One young woman at the front desk told me to speak with the manager in the morning. When I told another young woman I needed him, she didn’t get him and said I wouldn’t be refunded. We had to book another room for my brother. Breakfast at 8:30 AM had no eggs, bacon, or sausage; those didn’t show up until around 10. I won’t stay here again.

The front desk made the hotel feel anonymous. Check-in was all business, and the staff seemed detached; another reviewer had raised the same concern. One employee whose name began with a “Z” wasn’t wearing a name badge, so I had to ask what her name was, which didn’t help my confidence. The room itself met my needs: it was spacious, with a usable kitchenette and comfortable bed. The suite and shared areas were clean and well kept, and it was quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. It worked for a short visit, but the indifferent service keeps me from looking forward to returning. Three out of five seems fair, it wasn’t bad, just not great.

The rooms are really nice, and the shared spaces stay clean. What makes this place an easy choice for me is the staff. Phyllis and the team are always ready to help, and they seem to genuinely care about making guests feel welcome.

We booked a night on 9/13/25 for an event downtown. The room was immaculate, and the staff were polite and made a bit of small talk. My girlfriend called it an “amazing fantastic marvelous great perfect stay.” It was a nice night.
