After driving four hours to see my kids, I arrived at room 209 and found just one bed and a pullout couch, although I’d booked two beds and a pullout. There were bed bugs on both the bed and the pullout, the bathroom lights didn’t work, and the room smelled like kitty litter and facial. Since I couldn’t get a refund, I asked for another room. Room 305 smelled better and had no bugs, but it still only had one bed and a pullout. There was a broken TV on a table, broken furniture in the closet, trash from the previous guests under the sink, and a bag over the smoke detector, suggesting someone had smoked there. There were only two towels for me and my three kids. When I asked for more, staff acted like I was trying to steal them and made it difficult to get fresh ones. The night staff wouldn’t give me pots and pans, so I had to buy some for the weekend. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and although it was too cold to take the kids to the park, both day and night staff refused to help when I asked. One of the worst motel, hotel, or extended-stay experiences I’ve had. I’ll tell everyone I know not to stay here.

After a nine-and-a-half-hour drive, we had to spend another hour finding somewhere else to stay so we could shower. The room was so disgusting it left us itching. The lights only flickered, cockroaches of all sizes were crawling around and coming out of the drain, there were no sheets on the beds, vomit in the kitchen sink, and a cracked bathtub. The entrance door locks were broken off, and people were asking for money in the lobby. The hallway by the elevator smelled like old dead fish, there was dog poop on the floor, and the elevator was a nightmare. We told the front desk we couldn’t stay and wanted a refund, but got nothing but rudeness. We took video of the mess. I’d give it less than one star if I could.

Filthy place, with stained beds and sheets, clogged toilets, a terrible smell, and busted furniture. We were moved to another room, but its toilet was still clogged and only one light worked. I left to find somewhere else, and they did refund me. You walk out of here wanting a shower. PLEASE STAY AWAY!

The place is a bit out of the way. Breakfast was meant to be ready at 6 a.m., but didn’t come out until after 6:30. The hallways were clean, though they smelled like smoke. It looked like they were renovating: the second-floor room numbers were taped to the wall, and the hallway floor was bare plywood. The water wasn’t good.
