The interior feels warm and welcoming, and the room was nice and clean with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast hostesses were so nice. The food was okay, and I loved the muffins, but the oatmeal was room temperature and the gravy was watery and bland. Still, the room makes the stay worthwhile.

The rooms are outdated and the hotel feels tired, and the billing for a simple one-night stay was a mess: three separate charges and refunds hit my card and were a headache to reconcile. I'm a Hilton Gold member, but the service and benefits fell short. We asked for late checkout and were denied, then charged a late departure fee for leaving just 10 minutes after the standard checkout time. That feels like price gouging and shows no respect for loyal customers. The Assistant Manager, Sebastian, was incredibly unprofessional. He made false statements about what happened and handled the dispute poorly. Management sets the tone, and he's setting a terrible one. Save your money and patience. There are plenty of better places to stay.

The suites were nicely equipped, with a full kitchen, separate bedroom, and vanity, and the price was fantastic for what you get. I would have liked more USB ports, but I'll definitely return.

We come every year for the AQHA World show, and this hotel is our absolute favorite out of all the places we've stayed. The staff are amazing, especially Jessica and Sherry, who go above and beyond for our sons. Some mornings we're out so early that breakfast may be closed, but they either prepare snack bags or have them ready for the boys to take along and eat. Thank you for hiring people who truly care!
