There was no hot water, and we had no washcloths or towels. I sent my party to the front desk, but they said towels still weren't available. The TVs didn't work either.

The room was a wreck, and they didn't even have a key for it. An absolutely horrible place to stay. I wouldn't recommend anyone go there, even in an emergency.

The cleaning staff were okay and tried to help however they could, but the front desk staff were completely rude to people trying to rent a room. There was mold in the room and the walls were terrible. They also tried to overcharge for no clear reason: the online prices didn't match what they wanted to charge. Check-out wasn't at 12 as the website says, either. I wouldn't recommend staying here for vacation or a business trip. The front desk treatment and unmanaged rooms were awful, and I think the unfair treatment should be reported.

It's not too bad, I guess. The beds are clean, and the staff aren't bad, though there may be a few bugs crawling around. The police constantly circling the area is an added bonus, that last bit is sarcasm, hence the three stars. Otherwise, it's okay for sleeping...
