The stairwell was filthy and smelled like urine and vomit, and people were banging on our door in the middle of the night. We had asked for a nonsmoking room, but ours stank of cigarette smoke. The hotel was full, so we had to stay in it. The door latch was broken and hanging halfway off. The shower head was the only thing that was adequate. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

The manager was friendly, and they offered a small grab-and-go breakfast. We paid a good rate for five nights, and housekeeping changed the linens each day while we were out. The room looked dated, but the bathroom was clean. It was a decent stay for the price. My only real gripe was how tiny the pillows were for a king bed.

The pool was nice, and I appreciated that they allow dogs. Still, we're considering switching hotels even though we can't get a refund. Our fridge was broken and needed something propped against it to keep the door shut. When we asked for an extra blanket, a staff member brought one with poor manners and barely made eye contact. It had brown, blood-like stains on it. The room smelled bad, the carpet was damp and gross, and the water pressure was unreliable. The gym had just three machines, and the security staff made the place feel creepy and shady. I can't see myself coming back, and I'm surprised by the ratings.

Breakfast had waffles, sausage, eggs, potatoes, cereal, bread, and yogurt. The staff were friendly, and the room and bathroom both looked clean. For the price, the bed was especially soft and comfortable, and this seems like one of the better-value options nearby. It worked well for a one-night stay.

They let us check in early, and the staff were friendly throughout. We were traveling from out of state with our kids to visit Fronteir City, and the man who answered the phone was kind and helpful. When we found mold in the room, they quickly offered to move us since our son has allergies. The rooms were clean, housekeeping was excellent, and the stay was worth the price.
