The morning breakfast was decent, and the workout room had three pieces of equipment and was okay. We picked this hotel for its pool and location about 15 minutes from the children's hospital, and the price was reasonable, but the stay wasn't great. Service was just okay, without cheerful greetings. When I called about the cable box, they told me to unplug it and plug it back in, even though I'd already tried that, so I streamed a movie for the kids on my laptop. The pool was chilly despite being advertised as heated. The hot tub looked gross, and black stuff floated around when the bubbles came on. The pool door was very hard to open from inside, which felt like a hazard. The sheets had some stains, and the place needs upgrades.

The beds were super comfortable, I told them I have to stay there again when I'm back in the area. It's a nice little hotel, very clean, and the staff were really friendly.

We've stayed twice and weren't disappointed either time, even though we don't come to the city often. We love the staff, the beds are so comfortable, and breakfast is really nice. I'd give it 10 out of 10, recommend it, and come back.

There are lots of places to eat and things to do nearby. The hotel is okay, but could use updates. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast could be better, or at least offer more hot options. My main gripe was the restroom fan, which was really loud and obnoxious. The lights in there went out for a few seconds once, though I don't know if it was the whole building or just my room.

I stayed with three grandchildren. The location was handy for stores and food, and the heated pool and hot tub were a plus. Our room was clean and had no bugs. We had a small issue with the TV, but they helped us quickly.
