Springhill Suites Marriott Quail Springs

Room three was finally good enough to sleep in, but it took a lot to get there. I’d booked days ahead and asked for a tub because I have three small kids who need one. They said a room with a tub was no problem and that they’d reserved their best room. When I arrived, my card was charged an amount I didn’t recognize, and they told me there were hot water issues. The first room smelled awful and the heat and air didn’t work, so I moved myself and six people’s belongings to another room. Then the toilet wouldn’t flush, and the water took over 15 minutes to get lukewarm. Don’t use Springhill Suites in Quail Springs. This run-down, dirty, old hotel shouldn’t be housing people.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. I didn’t try breakfast. But the hot water took over 30 minutes, if it came at all. On my last day I was running late and had to take a cold shower. Not good, especially since this is a preferred hotel chain for my company. The mirror above the sink was too dark to see well, and the desk light didn’t work.

The evening shift lady was so friendly and helpful, always ready when we had questions. Breakfast was really good, the room was clean, the bed was decent, and the price wasn’t too bad. We really enjoyed our stay.

Vanessa and Tracy went above and beyond and made our stay easy during a difficult time. My brother and I came to OKC to be with our dad while he was in the ICU at Mercy Southwest Hospital in Edmond. Springhill Suites gave us a clean room, a good bed, and a great home base in a convenient location. Thank you for the wonderful service.
