I had car trouble on the way through and didn’t get there until about 3 a.m., so I called ahead to confirm. The man at the little check-in window never said a word during the whole transaction. I handed over my credit card and driver’s license, and they took a picture of the license, which I didn’t like. The room was gross: hair in the bathtub, and two bath towels, a hand towel, and a washcloth that all badly needed bleaching. The bed was made and the sheets looked clean, but the rest was nasty. The TV only got one working station. After I’d slept maybe five hours, the same guy was at our door at 11 a.m. telling us to hurry up and leave. I’ll never go back to this horribly run place and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It should cost $30 a night, not $55. Gross. You’ve been warned.

I paid $49 a night and won’t be back. It was freezing outside, but the doors were locked, so I had to get the room through an outside window. They also required a $20 cash deposit, for what? Nothing in the room seemed worth that. The exterior looks very clean and inviting, but the room was one of the worst motel rooms I’ve stayed in, with the same old 70s style as when the motel was built. Signs everywhere saying “no visitors in your room” made it feel trashy. The TV wall had no working outlet, so there was no TV. Wires hung out of a missing ceiling light and a broken bedside lamp. The towels were stained and old. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially with better motels at this price. I have pictures, though I couldn’t find where to upload them.

Our bed was quite comfortable, and the place was small, clean, and cozy, with the usual features and morning coffee at reception. Breakfast, as most people mean it, wasn’t offered. It took a little figuring to find the hotel, but GPS got us there. The only issues I had were the air conditioner, which had no continuous fan setting so the temperature kept shifting, and a missing bolt on the toilet seat.

We prepaid, but they still wanted a $20 deposit. For what, roaches? There’s lots of parking, and now we know why: we might be the only guests here. The staff are unbelievably rude. This place is a dump, run by social rejects who apparently couldn’t find anything else to do.
