We booked two rooms, and neither bathroom was clean. Both shower curtains were black and dirty, so we had to ask for clean ones. One toilet had toilet paper in it, plus a used bar of soap. The rooms were dusty. I’m not someone who likes leaving bad reviews, but I hope the owners take this seriously before they lose more customers. I wouldn’t recommend staying unless you have no other options. The location felt sketchy and very dark at night, like an abandoned mall. There’s no breakfast. After hours the front door stays locked, so keep your key. We were stuck outside while the receptionist sat watching us and didn’t unlock it. We had to get a family member to come down in the elevator and push the door open.

The room was filthy when we arrived. There was a used, dirty something left in the shower, the chair was sticky and gross, white chunks were coming out of the air conditioner, and the towel bar fell off the wall. We expected some disruption because the place was under construction, but the room was so nasty and the staff were unprofessional. When we showed the manager pictures and explained everything, she said they were under construction and would try to accommodate us. All she did was remove the towel bar, and nothing else got fixed. We have pictures of it all. Somebody needs to contact us immediately!

The pool was clean and a lot of fun, and the staff were really friendly. But one of our rooms had no microwave or refrigerator, which I badly needed. A staff member said those would only be in the Suites going forward. That makes me hesitate about bringing the grandchildren for another getaway.

We got back to the room at 4:20pm and housekeeping still hadn't come by. When I asked the front desk for extra coffee packets, the person there didn't know what I meant. The people upstairs were making noise and wouldn't quiet down, so I asked to move to a top-floor room. Ramiro at the Front Desk tried to help as much as he could, but the hotel's management is awful. They claim to serve breakfast, but that wasn't true for us. I won't stay here again.
