Best Western Okmulgee

We had a great breakfast, and everyone was cheerful and accommodating. There wasn’t an accessible room available, so they brought a shower chair to our ground-floor room for my sister. Highly recommend.

I’m here at least once a week, and the area around the hotel is clean and feels safe. Inside, the rooms I’ve used have all been spotless, comfortable, and smelled fresh. The temperature stays consistent, and I’ve never had trouble with hot water. Breakfast is excellent, and the staff are professional, knowledgeable, and ready to help. Their customer service is outstanding.

Kenna is always busy working and cleaning when you come in. She’s nice and respectful, and unlike at many hotels, you can actually find her at the front desk.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. With one more staff member, it would be close to perfect, because service was a problem during our stay. When we arrived around 4:45 p.m., a note said the clerk would be back shortly. We waited ten minutes, called the desk, waited some more, then contacted BW customer service. After 25 minutes, another guest was waiting too. The clerk eventually came back without apologizing and said she’d been making up rooms and couldn’t be in two places at once. The pool was locked when I went for a swim around 7:15, even though it didn’t close until 10. I had to wait at the desk again while the clerk helped someone else before she came to unlock it. We also wanted an early breakfast before a long drive. It was meant to open at 6:45. The food was out, but the room was dark, so we switched on the lights and helped ourselves.
