My mother-in-law has been staying there for a little over two months, and they charge her $1,400 a week. The place is disgusting, there are rats, and they won't even let you use one of their housekeepers.

We had cigarette burns on the bedsheets, and housekeeping barged into our room at checkout time. The hotel website said pets were allowed, but when we arrived, they told us they weren't. We were also charged too much for the room. It was a very bad experience, and I won't come back.

The location is the one good thing: restaurants and a shopping plaza are within walking distance. My experience was bad enough that even one star feels generous, and I’d avoid the place if possible. There were bed bugs and roaches, the bathrooms weren't properly cleaned, mildew covered the shower walls, and even the non-smoking rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. They don't wash the blankets, so if you have to stay, be ready to wash your own bedding and bring roach and bed bug spray, bleach bathroom cleaner, disinfectant, and something to cover the smell of roaches and old smoke. Staff came into my room several times while I was away, despite the do not disturb sign. I have proof they entered more than once. When I raised it with management, they essentially said staff could go into rooms whenever they wanted and for any reason while guests were out, because the property was private. I’d bring a camera too, since staff will enter and go through your belongings. This hotel isn't worth the cost. Avoid it unless you're absolutely desperate for somewhere to stay.

There were live roaches and bed bugs, cigarette burns on the sheets, and dirty showers. The mini fridge smelled like beer. It was the worst place I've ever stayed, and I'll never go back.
