Signing up for the rewards program got me a great monthly rate, which I paid weekly. The staff were all very friendly, and my room was clean and working properly. They were understanding when I had a problem with my bank, too.

Yesenia and Keisha have been a great help, and I really appreciate them. Edil, the general manager, is always polite and understanding, and Lynee is helpful as well. Carme does a very good job with housekeeping and helps clean my mother's room every other week. Angela is an amazing team lead.

I booked this place for my niece and her fiancé after they had to leave their home with their two young children. Their IDs had been stolen the week before, but the hotel wouldn't let them stay without ID even though I had reserved the room. As we arrived, guests were smoking weed and drinking by the lobby entrance. At check-in, the woman at the desk, who I assume was Yesenia, seemed to stereotype me as someone booking a room for minors to party. The way she spoke made me feel that, because I'm Black, she expected me to pay for a room other people would damage. They had to leave the next day, and I booked them into Hilton Homewood Suites without any problem. I had booked five nights here. Management, your response isn't taking this seriously. It feels like you've trained the front desk woman to discriminate against Black people by assuming they'll check in and cause the very problems she described. My family couldn't stay because they had no ID.

My husband and I spent 11 months at the Extended Stay America in Fairfield, and we had so much fun. Leaving is the hard part, but the staff made our time there special. Their support and understanding meant a lot when we told them it was time to move on, and I'll miss seeing those familiar faces almost every day. I won't name anyone in case there's a policy, but the people who know will recognize themselves. To the person who put together the morning goodies, I loved your holiday nail color. Thanks to the Manager and Assistant Manager for working with us and bringing smiles and good energy. The person who calmly helped with our leak, keep up with your schooling. To the person from my city, Oakland, and the one I called my “Sissy,” thank you. And thanks to Maintenance for the new recliner and to Housekeeping. You all gave us laughs and treated us like family. ❤️🥰😘
