Relax Inn Henryetta

We were charged for the original hotel even though they sent us to their “sister” no tell/motel after first saying we had a room, then saying we didn’t. It felt very sketchy. I tried to sort out the charge, but got busy signals and no call back after being directed to an 800 number. Very poor customer service. Wouldn’t recommend.

After charging us $108 for this dump, they wouldn’t provide clean towels or toilet paper, even though I’d paid for an extra night. My son asked for toilet paper two days in a row and was told we were using the bathroom too much and needed to stop going so often. We were told to wait until morning to shower, and that he might give us towels then. Worst motel ever.

I found two bed bugs while sitting on the bed in room 238. After inspecting it, the sheets still weren’t clean.

A friend needed a room for one nite because of water pipe trouble at her home, so I booked this place for her and her two yound kids. I chose it over Days Inn because the rooms looked nice and the price was better. They were denied service while her dad was on the phone with her, so there’s proof of how badly she was treated. The desk clerk was rude, and they refused to refund her. Based on what happened today, this gets no stars. Don’t stay here.
