Jessie ( sales) has been especially helpful, and Ms. Kim is always accommodating. The rooms are about what you'd expect from an extended stay hotel, but everything is clean and comfortable. I keep a running reservation here and plan to continue.

It was game day weekend and the place was packed, but the staff handled things so well you'd never have known. We booked through a third party and got a different room than expected. I was unnecessarily sassy, and Ms. Kim responded with so much grace and kindness, then got us settled. I apologized, since I should have acted better from the start. Kim made check-in for our family weekend easy. We had three rooms, and she already knew our last names and had us placed close together. The staff and management were gracious and friendly, and they were accommodating with our dog. We would have liked to be closer to campus and have a king-size bed. A small table would be useful for eating in the room, since there isn't one. Bugs were bad at the pergola, so we had to go inside.
