The rooms had mold, bugs, and floors that buckled, with water coming up through the cracks when you stepped on them. I got two sinus infections during our stay. There was mold in our room and growing up the laundry room walls. The toilet had red liquid streaked down the back. Some laundry looked like it had been used on a car motor, and was stained, dirty, and smelled nasty. On rainy or humid days, beads of water appeared on the tables and sometimes the floor. I have pictures of that. Out back, the storage buildings were falling apart, with rundown furniture, tall grass, and rats. We stayed 11 weeks at $402 a week, $4422 total. I got zero service. The housekeeper was too busy with the owner, and I had to go downstairs for towels and necessities. Often I didn’t get everything, or was told none were available. I even got yelled at for asking for washcloths. I paid by card and was told the hold would come back, but it didn’t. They charged for two nights instead of one and won’t return the money, so we’re just SOL. After 11 weeks, I went down to pay and was told to get out within two hours, and put everything in the parking lot if I had to. I’d paid regularly and had no complaints. The housekeeper he plays favorites with refused me service and got mad when I went down for towels. Everyone can see something is going on, and she runs the show. The owner would play dumb as if he didn’t understand, though he did, and was disrespectful. He’d use a blower on the sidewalks and blow debris into rooms through the doors, even around and onto people sitting or talking there. Workers were trying to sleep, but he didn’t care. He had workers handle his dirty jobs and tell people things or fight his battles. He wasn’t man enough to do it himself. He made it clear it was all about money and he didn’t care about visitors. He’ll kick you out to get that $15-20 more, even after you’ve paid over $4000 to stay. I hope this helps everyone think about staying here.

The rooms were clean, and it was quiet aside from highway noise. If you’re tall, though, the showers won’t suit you. They’re for short people.

The bed and pillows were good, but the room felt cramped and shabby. It needed a thorough cleaning and some paint touch ups.

A nice, quiet, clean place. You can park right in front of your room, and the area is lit up at night.
