Four Points by Sheraton Kansas City Olathe

Kyle noticed my Marriott elite status at check-in and arranged all my benefits without me needing to ask, which I really appreciated. Sonya at the bar was fun to talk with and knew the local beers. The whole team was exceptional. The Four Points Sheraton in Olathe is my choice in the southern KC metro area, with comfortable rooms, a great breakfast, and a perfect location. I’ll keep staying here.

The shower is amazing, and I love the flooring. Carpet in hotel rooms is such a bad idea, so this design is smart. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. This will keep being our place for both work and personal trips.

I’ve only stayed once, but I’m sold. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast area works well for families and business travelers alike. The hotel is clean, conveniently placed, and the staff are helpful and easy to approach.

I had a cold shower every morning. I reported it on the first day and was told they’d look into it, then at checkout they said it happens to lots of guests. A hotel should know how to handle busy periods. They charge for breakfast too, which felt sneaky.
