Hampton Inn Olathe

The location was ideal, with plenty of shopping, fuel, and places to eat nearby. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was delicious. The beds could’ve been a bit more comfortable, though I slept well. Our main complaint was that around 8 each morning, whoever showered ran out of hot water within a couple of minutes. That shouldn’t happen in a large hotel.

We came in late after a Chiefs game and were up early, but the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The hotel was sparkling clean, and the white bedding was crisp and smelled great. Breakfast was amazing, a big step up from most free hotel breakfasts, and we own a restaurant. I’ll definitely stay again.

We came to town for medical reasons and were exhausted after working all day when we arrived. Jordan was our first contact, and he welcomed us like family, a real breath of fresh air. In the morning, Sam texted my husband to say good morning and welcome to the hotel. We later met her in person and had another great interaction. We’ve promised ourselves we’ll come back for our next visit.

Jordan was so kind and accommodating through every room change. I’m very sensitive to noise, and our first room was beside the elevator, so I asked to move. I felt like a pain, but he was patient and pleasant. The next room had a fan problem, and he went out of his way to get us a better one. He even brought a cart to help us move. The rooms are really nice and recently renovated, and the location is great. I lived in Olathe for 23 years and was back for a wedding. You can’t beat this place. If I owned a company, I’d hire Jordan away.
