Jabbar made a real impression on us. We arrived late for breakfast, and he was kind and professional, making sure we had what we needed without rushing us or making us feel like a bother. My mom and I had a wonderful stay at Home2 Suites in Olive Branch, MS. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything seemed well cared for. The comfort, cleanliness, and service mean we'd absolutely return. Thank you for a great visit.

My family and I had a very pleasant, memorable stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Olive Branch, MS, thanks to the team. Ms. Kassandra kept our suite clean and comfortable with careful housekeeping, and Ms. Jermaine was kind and quick to help whenever we had questions or needed something. We also appreciated Mr. Jabal's warm, friendly conversations each day. The team's responsiveness and kindness made a real difference, and we're grateful for the service.

The overflowing hallway trash and overwhelming smell made a terrible first impression. My room smelled of old cigarettes, which was a relief compared with the hall, but its carpet, couch, and desk chair were stained. The bathroom floor was buckling from trapped moisture and seemed likely to hide mold. The shower drained very slowly, and the ice bucket had mold in it. My travel companion was put in a room with an unmade bed and food left in the refrigerator by the previous guest. I hadn't received a digital key before arriving. One elevator was shut down, so I had long waits whenever I left or returned to my floor. This was the dirtiest, most uncomfortable Hilton property I've stayed in, and one of my worst hotel stays.
