Erin deserves a special thank you. She was working the night of 3/4/26, and when I got home I thought I’d left an expensive water bottle in the room. She searched right away, then contacted me when she couldn’t find it. She kept looking because she understood it was valuable and I was worried about it. I eventually found it in a bag I hadn’t unpacked, so I called to apologize for the wild goose chase. Erin was lovely about it and just happy I’d found the bottle. She also thanked me for staying and hoped I’d consider the hotel again. I will, and I’d recommend this location to friends and family. My niece and I were greeted with smiles when we arrived, and the staff were very accommodating. The room was comfortable and really nice, too.

Everything was awesome, and Judi in the kitchen was so helpful. One small breakfast suggestion: dried cranberries would be a nice addition to the oatmeal. They’re not very costly, and we see them at most places we stay. Thanks!

The breakfast was the standout for me. I’ve stayed in hotels from budget to higher-end, and this was the best hotel breakfast I can remember. There was plenty of choice, the food was fresh, and it felt like real effort had gone into the quality and variety. I also slept really well, even though my room was right by the elevator. I never heard it or any hallway or mechanical noise. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, a nice place to unwind after a long day. The front desk lady made a great first impression when I walked in. She was warm, professional, answered my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of. That welcome, along with the quiet room and breakfast, made this one of my best hotel stays. I’d happily recommend this Best Western and stay here again.

Breakfast had lots of choices and the service was great. One employee even came by to refill our cups while we were eating, which was a thoughtful touch. The rooms were spotless and felt fresh and comfortable. The staff were really nice and made sure we had what we needed. This Best Western Plus exceeded our expectations and felt worth every penny. We’ll be back.

JAMIE at the front desk was kind and helpful, and suggested a wonderful place to eat. In the breakfast room, FLO was just as helpful and sweet, and worked hard to get us what we needed. We also found out she knew some of our relatives in the area. The place was clean, very nice to stay at, and accommodating.
