We loved staying here as a family, and the backyard was quite nice. It's a wonderful hotel if you're looking for an inexpensive place, and the pool was quite nice too. There was enough chlorine to leave my kids' eyes bloodshot, though, so I hope they lower the level. The bathroom was small, and the toilet paper was too small. When I went to get towels for my kids, nobody was at the entry, so we waited about six or seven minutes. The staff were very kind. Give your kids goggles.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and I'd recommend staying here. Breakfast is free every morning, and there's free laundry, which is great since other hotels charge for it. If you're hungry, you can get food from the pantry. It's an apartment-style hotel with a full kitchen, including a stove, microwave, sink, and island. A lot of hotels don't offer that.

The one downside was our fridge never worked. We submitted a work order when we arrived, but after 4 days there still hadn't been a maintenance response. We still had a great stay and would come back. Melanie on the morning breakfast crew was phenomenal and went above and beyond to make breakfast enjoyable, and Delia at the front desk was always fun and friendly. The place was affordable, with good service, comfortable beds, and good amenities. We enjoyed the gym, happy hour, and patio.

They were accommodating about getting a crib for the baby, and it was nice to have a kitchenette. Breakfast was decent. We booked a suite expecting a queen or king bed, but got two full-size beds, which made cuddling my wife while sleeping hard. A good hotel overall.

The staff as a whole were top tier and friendly, including the housekeepers, the front desk ladies, the food service ladies, Sheree, Allan, Jessica, and front desk Tim, among many others. Construction was a little annoying when we wanted to sleep in, but tolerable. We had an extended stay because of a family emergency, and the staff and facility didn't disappoint. The breakfast was a step up from the usual waffles, boiled egg, and fruit, even though I don't normally have breakfast. There was a 24hr gym, laundromat, 14hr pool, a good business center with a printer, and a cocktail social on Monday thru Wed evening. We enjoyed the stay and I've found my hotel when I visit the O. Blessings to all. When we arrived in Omaha, I'd already had 2 horrible lodging experiences. I almost left this place because the front clerk wouldn't let us see a room before booking. The previous 2 facilities let us look at a vacant room, and BOTH were nasty and smelled of cigarette smoke. The fragrance they used to cover it made it worse. This clerk assured us this place was clean and smoke free, and he was right. It was top tier compared to the rest. 🫡
